We carry out a free assessment in order to establish if your Property is eligible for the Plan (Most Properties Qualify for the Plan, however some larger property may require additional fees to cover access costs).

We provide you with a condition report which will explain the condition of your roof, we can then outline our plan of action.

The report will highlight any work that needs attending to before we can accept the roof into The Roof Maintenance Scheme.

Once accepted The Ridge Doctor Ltd will visit your property annually, upon our visit we will…

 • Remove and dispose of all debris from the Gutter Channels.
 • Repair or renew up to 5 slates or tiles.
 • Carry out an inspection of your Roof Covering, Lead-work, Ridge Tiles, Chimney Stack, Guttering, Down-pipe, Fascia,
   Soffit and Bargeboard.
 • Prepare then furnish you with a detailed report complete with suggested solution to potential or existing problems.
